Accommodations & Layout

Engines are being rebuilt and are still in the shop. Twin outboard 35 HP Johnson Seahorse. A double berth forward in each hull along with hanging lockers and storage cabinets. One electric head and separate step in shower. Galley is in the starboard hull with microwave oven, two refrigerator/freezers, stainless steel sink. Galley table in pilothouse with u-shaped settee, tons of storage lockers, drawers and cabinets. Lots of extra parts and spares. This boat is designed as a power catamaran or a sailing catamaran. (Just add a mast). A great live-aboard. Skip Creger built many boats in his time in California, 40' and 50' Power and sail. Headroom in the pilothouse is 6'3", more when in the hulls. Navigation Table. Dishes, Silverware. Galley table converts to a double berth.

Galley

Galley is in the starboard hull. Two refrigerators, microwave oven, sink, storage cabinets, drawers, cupboards, pantry, counter tops. Toaster oven.

Electronics & Navigation

(2) VHF Marine Radios, one is portable. Computer with TV card and VCR. 20 amp battery charger.

Electrical

12 volt DC system and 50 amp 240 volt and 110 volt AC systems with breaker panels. Waterproof ship to shore power cables. Starting battery for each engine. House battery is an 8-D under the settee.

Hull & Deck

Skip Creger, "Navel Architect" (Deceased 1995) built these boats in Long Beach, California at his ship yard. 8' Achilles Inflatable Dinghy. Top sides just been painted, needs bottom paint.

Sails & Rigging

Masts could be added to change this from a power catamaran to a Sloop, Ketch or Cutter sailing catamaran. Partial Sail and Rigging plans available.

Engine & Mechanical Equipment

(2) 35 HP Ourboard Johnson Motors are still in the shop and are being refurbished. There are several 6 gallon fuel tanks and many 5 gallon jerry jugs aboard the boat under the cockpit flooring. She's a great buy-------make your appointment to view her before she's gone.
